Doing Our Part

Retail can easily become a very wasteful process but we want to be a responsible brand and are committed to doing our part to both limit our environmental impact and maximize our community involvement. We aim to accomplish this in three ways:

1. Suppliers

We start with garment blanks ordered from suppliers who show an eco-friendly approach to their production as well as W.R.A.P. certified manufacturing procedures that avoid sweatshops and other problematic practices.

2. Production

We aim to be as efficient as possible when making our shirts to create as little waste as possible. Reusable products, eco-friendly cleaning practices and compostable shipping bags all contribute to lowering our environmental impact. We also press all of our shirts in house. This allows us to control the process and, although it creates a slightly longer processing time, it also allows us to avoid waste from overproducing and sitting on unused stock.

3. Community Partnership

We want to serve and build into the climbing community that has been such a joy to be a part of. Currently, 10% of all retail (not just net profits, but whole) purchase totals will be going to support the Six Nations Wall Initiative which provides both indoor and outdoor climbing opportunities for indigenous youth. The dream is to continue to grow and find ways to support local climbers through partnerships, collaboration and sponsorship. To reach those goals however, we need your support, so please buy our shirts :)
